The village provides a composting and wood chip/mulch program. Those materials are available for no charge if individuals pick it up at the compost site. Periodically, however, the village is asked to make deliveries. This policy will set the rates charged for deliveries.
- There will be no charge to deliver a load of woodchips/mulch to a home in the village limits if coordinated with the village's brush chipping schedule.
- There will be a $20.00 charge to deliver a load of woodchips/mulch outside the village limits if within a five mile radius and coordinated with the village’s brush chipping schedule.
- Village residents will be charged $30.00 for a delivery of woodchips/mulch or compost material if it has to be loaded from the compost site.
- There will be a $30.00 flat fee and a charge of $2.00 per mile both ways for deliveries outside the village if the village has to load the material from the compost site.
- All payments must be made in advance.
- Charges may be waived in whole or in part if village is in need of removing excess material from compost site.
