newly elected council members Dianne Davis, Doris Kemner, and Bonnie Peters.
Members present were
President Mowery, Dianne Davis, Carl Habrick, Larry Sines, Joe Orban, Bonnie
Peters, and Doris Kemner.
Motion was made by Sines and

Council was in favor of
sending letters of appreciation to Todd Morgan and Laurence Peters for their
years of service as Village Council Members.
Council was updated on the
federal and state historic tax credits for improvements in the downtown
historical district.

electrical rates and charges. Motion
