Special Council Meeting
October 23, 2006
The meeting opened at 7:00 PM.
Members present were President Mowery, Dianne Davis, Carl Habrick, Laurence Peters, Larry Sines, Joe Orban, and Todd Morgan.
The Village Manager presented background on Tecumseh Road failing sooner than anticipated. President Mowery discussed meeting with a group of interested parties to develop alternative plans to funding Tecumseh Road repairs without a large property tax increase to Village residents.
Motion was made by Habrick and seconded by Morgan to rescind Traffic Control Order Number 158, which limited weight on Tecumseh Road. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion was made by Habrick and seconded by Orban to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 7:19 PM.
