Village of Clinton

The meeting opened at 7:00 p.m.

Member present were President Mowery, Dianne Davis, Carl Habrick, Laurence Peters and Larry Sines. Joe Orban and Todd Morgan were absent.

Motion was made by Habrick and seconded by Peters to authorize the additional paved path around the soccer fields and additional play equipment. Motion carried unanimously

Council discussed the finances for the Tate Park grant project.

Motion was made by Peters and seconded by Davis to fund the Tate Park grant project by authorizing the transfer of $81,400.00 from the Tate Park Trust to reimburse the General Fund, and a loan not to exceed $198,000.00 from the Robison Trust, at 3.5 percent interest for a period not to exceed 5 years. Motion carried unanimously.

Motion was made by Habrick and seconded by Davis to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.

The meeting adjourned at 7:29 pm.
