Village of Clinton

The meeting opened at 7:00 pm.
Members present were President Mowery, Dianne Davis, Carl Habrick, Laurence Peters and Larry Sines. Todd Morgan and Joe Orban were absent.
Council reviewed the proposed new utility shutoff policy.
The Village Manager provided updates on cap and trade
legislation and Tecumseh Road CMAQ Grant obligation.
Motion was made by Habrick and seconded by Davis to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 8:36 pm.
