The meeting opened at 7:00 P.M.

Members present were Dianne Davis, Laurence Peters, Todd Morgan, Joe Orban, and President Mowery.  Carl Habrick and Larry Sines were absent.

Public hearing opened at 7:04 pm.  The purpose of the public hearing was to receive public comments on the removal of warranty deed restrictions for the Eden Foods property at 701 Tecumseh Road.

Mr. William Swaney, Executive Vice President and General Manager addressed Council on the proposed expansion to their distribution center.

Public hearing closed at 7:38 p.m.

Motion was made by Morgan and seconded by Peters to adopt Resolution Number 07-18.  A resolution to authorize the removal of the permanent deed restriction on the Eden Foods parcel at 701 Tecumseh Road.  Motion carried unanimously.

Motion was made by Orban and seconded by Peters to adjourn.  Motion carried unanimously.
