The meeting opened at 7:00 PM.
Mr. Glen White, General Manager, Michigan South Central Power Agency, addressed Council on electric deregulation, AMP Ohio generating station, and the Villages electric needs.
Council discussed the proposed Michigan Business Tax.
Motion was made by Orban and seconded by Davis to adopt the amended Robison Declaration of Trust Agreement. Motion carried unanimously.
The following comment was from Council. Carl Habrick asked why a State Police car was parked on the sidewalk at US-12 and Tecumseh Road on Sunday.
Motion was made by Habrick and seconded by Orban to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 8:35 PM.
