Village of Clinton

The meeting opened at 7:00 pm.
Members present were President Mowery, Carl Habrick, Laurence Peters, Larry Sines, Joe Orban, and Todd Morgan. Dianne Davis was absent.
The public hearing opened at 7:02 pm. Council received public comments on the Villages proposed Clean, Renewable, and Energy Efficiency Program as required by Public Act 295 of 2008. The public hearing closed at 7:47 pm. Mr. Dick Faust was in attendance.
Motion was made by Orban and seconded by Morgan to
reluctantly adopt the Clean, Renewable, and Energy Efficiency Program that is
mandated by state law. Motion carried
with Habrick voting no.
The Village Manager updated Council on the proposed new laws on utility shut offs.
Council was updated on the fire at Atlas Feed and Grain.
Motion was made by Habrick and seconded by Orban to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.
The meeting closed at 8:16 p.m.
